A few days ago I noticed I didn't have any bus projects, i.e. projects mindless enough and small enough to carry around in my bag. I'm at a point in Baudelaire where I need to turn the heel and start cables, so that's off the bus list. FB was never on the bus list. That left me nada. Nada nada limonada. Sooo, I rummaged through my sock yarn stash and came across my Claudia fingering-weight "Purple Midnight." The skeins aren't particularly generous, so I've been cautious about using this yarn for any existing pattern. Thus I'm just making up my own pattern as I go. It's simple, but I think it's pretty. I'm calling it my twilight sock because the colors remind me more of that than midnight. Moot point.
